Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

Large & Oversized Items Due to the size and weight of many of our rugs, some orders may require specialist courier services. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Tracking All orders are sent with a tracked service. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve the issue promptly.
