At Velorien Rugs, we take great care in accurately representing each piece in our collection. As many of our rugs are handmade vintage items, please read the following carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and unaltered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items Each vintage rug is unique. Minor variations in colour, pattern, and texture are inherent to handmade and aged pieces and are not considered defects. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items Custom orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
