What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

About Our Rugs

Are your rugs handmade?

Yes — many of our rugs are handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces. Each listing clearly describes the origin and construction of the rug.

Are the colours accurate in photos?

We take great care to photograph our rugs in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

How do I care for my rug?

We recommend regular vacuuming on a low setting and rotating the rug periodically. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth.

Can I see a rug in person?

At present we are an online-only store. If you have specific questions about a piece, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
